Apologies for the blog silence! Everything in May was gearing up for the three days I spent at Pop Up in the Palm House in Sefton Park, Liverpool. I'd previously done two days there, but the three days took a fair bit of preparation!
It is always tricky to work out what / how much to take to events and I am still dreadful at predicting what will be the 'best sellers'! ('City Reflection' this time!)
Friday was a bit dismal with rain coming, right when we'd expect the most people - but there's nothing we can do about that (apart from adjust the display & move further back into the gazebo!). Extra thanks for those that braved the weather & bought prints on Friday.
Saturday & Sunday however, were much better and it was so good to see & speak to so many people. It was busy! It was also good to spend time talking to other makers & creators & I was in a great group of fabulous folk (Discoslab, Candle Collective UK and Little Light Stitchery, with LoopyAsLottie joining us on Sunday)
THANKYOU to everyone that stopped to have a look at my work, bought, chatted, followed me on social media or have since come to visit me in Red Brick Market.
I'm going to be out and about at some smaller events too now, starting with an event in Oakland Gallery, New Brighton on Sunday June 12th. Make sure you follow me on social media (links on the home page) to keep up to date.
